1. Proposed amendments to Civ.R. 53 and 59, Juv.R. 40 and 47, App.R. 5 and 43, and Evid.R. 609, 615, and 1102 will be published for public comment.
2. Amendments to DR 9-102 (Preserving Identify of Funds and Property of a Client) and Gov.Bar R. VI (Registration of Attorneys; IOLTA) were adopted.
3. Proposed amendments to Gov.Bar R. V(7) and (11); Governing Procedure on Complaints and Hearings Before the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline of the Supreme Court, Section 10; and DR 1-103 will be published for public comment.
4. No changes will be made at this time to the Code of Judicial Conduct in view of Republican Party of Minnesota v. White (2002), 536 U.S. ___, 122 S.Ct. 2528, 153 L.Ed.2d 694, and Advisory Opinion No. 2002-8 of the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline of the Supreme Court.
5. Proposed amendments to S.Ct.Prac.R. III (Waivers of Jurisdictional Memoranda in Response) will be published for public comment.
