ENTRY OF DISMISSAL
{¶ 1} On March 18, 2003, this court issued an entry requiring plaintiff to submit an amended complaint naming a proper defendant or face dismissal of this case. Plaintiff was also required to submit the $25 filing fee or a poverty affidavit with supporting documentation. Plaintiff has failed to comply with the court entry. Therefore, plaintiff’s action is DISMISSED, without prejudice, pursuant to Civ.R. 41(B)(1). The court shall absorb the costs of this case. The clerk shall serve upon all parties notice of this judgment and its date of entry upon the journal.
