{¶ 1} On May 27, 2003, plaintiff was ordered to either pay the $25 filing fee or to file a poverty affidavit with supporting documentation. Plaintiff was also required to submit a corrected complaint naming a proper defendant. Plaintiff has failed to comply with the court order. Therefore, plaintiff’s action is DISMISSED, without prejudice, pursuant to Civ.R. 41(B)(1). The clerk shall serve upon all parties notice of this judgment and its date of entry upon the journal.
