2. Amendments to Canon 2, DR 2-101, DR 2-102, DR 2-107, DR 2-108, DR 2-110, DR 2-111, Canon 3, E.C. 3-8, DR 3-102, Canon 4, E.C. 4-6, Canon 6, E.C. 6-6, DR 6-102, Canon 9, and DR 9-102 (Sale of Law Practice) were adopted.
3. Jess E. Gamiere was appointed to the Commission on Certification of Attorneys as Specialists.
4. Judge Cynthia Lazarus was appointed Vice-Chair of the Commission on Professionalism for 2003.
5. Theresa B. Proenza was reappointed to the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline of the Supreme Court. David C. Comstock was appointed to the commission.
