2. Amendments to Gov. Jud. R. IV were adopted, effective April 16, 1990.
3. Proposed amendments to Supreme Court Rule of Practice VII (Time for Oral Argument in Public Utilities Cases) will be published for a thirty-day public-comment period.
4. Frederick (“Fritz”) Byers was reappointed Chairperson of the Board of Bar Examiners for a term expiring March 31, 1991.
