ENTRY OF DISMISSAL {¶ 1} On May 6, 2004, plaintiff was ordered to pay the $25 filing fee. On June 1, 2004, plaintiff filed a second affidavit of indigency and an inmate demand statement which reveals the same information contained in plaintiff’s original affidavit of indigency. Plaintiff has failed to comply with the court order. Therefore, plaintiff’s action is DISMISSED, without prejudice, pursuant to Civ.R. 41(B)(1). The court shall absorb the costs of this case. The clerk shall serve upon all parties notice of this entry of dismissal and its date of entry upon the journal.
