1. The requirement of Gov.Bar R. X that referees attend one Judicial College course per year may not be satisfied by their participation in a teleconferenced course.
2. Proposed amendments to App.R. 24 (costs), submitted to the General Assembly on January 14, 1992, will be resubmitted as modified.
SWEENEY and H. BROWN, JJ., concur in the modification of App.R. 24, but would withdraw the proposed amendments to Civ.R. 26.
DOUGLAS and RESNICK, JJ., dissent, are strongly opposed to any changes to the current versions of App.R. 24, Civ.R. 26, and Civ.R. 41, and would withdraw the proposed amendments to App.R. 24, Civ.R. 26, and Civ.R. 41.
