ENTRY OF DISMISSAL {¶ 1} On November 9, 2004, plaintiff was ordered to pay the $25 filing fee. On December 16, 2004, defendant filed a motion to dismiss based on plaintiff’s failure to comply with this court’s order. Plaintiff has failed to comply with the court order. Therefore, defendant’s motion is GRANTED and plaintiff’s action is DISMISSED, without prejudice, pursuant to Civ.R. 41(B)(1). The court shall absorb the costs of this case. The clerk shall serve upon all parties notice of this entry of dismissal and its date of entry upon the journal.
