1. Proposed amendments to Crim. R. 30, 32 and 59; Evid.R. 608 and 1102; Civ.R. 26, 30, 41, 51, 53, 54 and 86; App. R. 3, 4, 5, 9, 12, 16, 24 and 33, and Form 3; and Juv. R. 40 and 47 will be submitted to the General Assembly pursuant to Section 5(B), Article IV, Ohio Constitution.
2. Judge Nancy Kay Drake Hammond was appointed to the Board of Commissioners on Character and Fitness, District Twelve, for a three-year term.
3. Michael Colvin and David Paul Kamp were appointed to the Board of Commissioners of the Clients’ Security Fund of Ohio for three-year terms.
4. John Winship Read was appointed to the Commission on Continuing Legal Education, District Eight, for a three-year term.
5. Eric Craig Johnson was appointed to the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline of the Supreme Court, District Seven, for an unexpired term.
6. Judge Phil W. Campbell was appointed to the Supreme Court Rules Advisory Committee ex officio as the designee of the Municipal and County Court Judges Association.
7. John James Carney was appointed to the Board of Commissioners on the Unauthorized Practice of Law for a three-year term.
8. Judge Beth A. Smith was appointed to the Traffic Rules Review Commission for an unexpired term.
