1. Amendments to Form 76-B and C.P.Sup.R. 99 were adopted, effective January 1, 1992.

2. Amendments to Gov.Bar R. II (Limited Practice of Law by a Legal Intern) and Gov.Bar R. VII (Unauthorized Practice of Law) were adopted, effective January 1, 1992.

3. Amendments to Gov.Bar R. II, VI, VII, and XX were adopted, effective January 1, 1992.

4. The following persons were reappointed to the Board of Commissioners on Character and fitness for three-year terms: Ernest A. Eynon II (District One); Judge David Tobin (District Seven); and Charles E. Grisi (District Nine). Suzanne K. Richards was appointed Chairperson for 1992.

5. Thomas A. Heydinger was reappointed to the Board of Commissioners of the Clients’ Security Fund of Ohio for a three-year term. He was also appointed Chairman for 1992.

6. The following persons were reappointed to the Commission on Continuing Legal Education for three-year terms: Richard Alan Chesley (District Ten); Gary A. Rosenhoffer (District Twelve); R. Douglas Wrightsel (at large member); Elbert J. Kram (at large member); Michael G. Kadens (at large member); and Harry Wright III (at large member).

7. The following persons were reappointed to the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline of the Supreme Court for three-year terms: James R. Cummins (District One); Judge James A. Brogan (at large judge member); Alan S. Konop (District Six); Judge Harry W. White (at large judge member); Robert V. Traci (District Eight); and Thomas G. Knoll (District Nine). The following persons were appointed to the board for three-year terms: George Gerken (at large nonlawyer member); and Joseph T. Svete (District Eleven).

8. H. Ritchey Hollenbaugh was reappointed to the Ohio Public Defender Commission for a four-year term.

9. The following persons were appointed to the Supreme Court Rules Advisory Committee for three-year terms: Judge Michael A. Rumer (Chair, Civil Law and Procedure Committee, Ohio Judicial Conference); Judge George J. Gournaris (President, Ohio Association of Probate Court Judges); Prof. James E. Meeks; and Richard Walinski.

10. Judge Richard M. Rogers and George R. Manser were reappointed to the Traffic Rules Review Commission for three-year terms.

11. John W. Waddy, Jr. was reappointed to the Board of Commissioners on the Unauthorized Practice of Law for a three-year term. Kenneth F. Seibel was reappointed the board’s Chairman for 1992.
