{¶ 1} On March 14, 2007, this court issued an entry dismissing Head #175-400 as a party in this action and ordering plaintiff to file an amended complaint naming an appropriate defendant or face dismissal of his case. Plaintiff has failed to comply with the court order. Therefore, plaintiffs action is DISMISSED, without prejudice, pursuant to Civ. R. 41. The court shall absorb the costs of this case.
