1. New Statistical Reporting Forms were adopted, effective January 1, 1990, for the courts of appeals, courts of common pleas (general, domestic relations, probate and juvenile divisions), and municipal and county courts.
2. Proposed amendments to Gov. Bar R. V(44), concerning reciprocal discipline, were adopted for publication for a thirty-day public-comment period.
3. Proposed amendments to Gov. Bar R. X, Section 6(A)(2)(c), and to the Attorney Continuing Legal Education Regulations, concerning sanctions and enforcement procedures, were adopted for publication for a thirty-day public-comment period.
4. Proposed amendments to Rule VII of the Supreme Court Rules of Practice, concerning reference for argument in tax and other cases, were adopted for publication for a thirty-day public-comment period.
5. Proposed amendments to Gov. Bar R. VIII(8)(d), concerning Clients’ Security Fund subpoenas, were adopted for publication for a thirty-day public-comment period.
6. Proposed amendments to Gov. Bar R. VIII, concerning travel expenses of the Board of Commissioners on the Unauthorized Practice of Law, were adopted for publication for a thirty-day public-comment period.
7. An amendment to Gov. Bar R. V(3)(d), concerning confidentiality of Disciplinary Counsel’s records, was adopted, effective October 11, 1989.
8. The date of repeal of C.P. Sup. R. 75 (Child Support Guidelines) was changed from October 13, 1989 to March 1, 1990.
