ENTRY OF DISMISSAL {¶ 1} On July 27, 2004, this court issued an entry dismissing Parma Service Dept. as a party in this action. Plaintiff was ordered to file an amended complaint form on or before August 24, 2004, which named a state department, board, office, commission, agency, institution, or other state instrumentality as defendant. Plaintiff has failed to comply with the court order. Therefore, plaintiff’s action is DISMISSED, without prejudice, pursuant to Civ.R. 41. The court shall absorb the costs of this case. The clerk shall serve upon all parties notice of this entry of dismissal and its date of entry upon the journal.
