1. Amendments to the Standard Probate Forms and Sup.R. 64 and 99 (Accounts) were adopted.
2. Amendments to the Supreme Court Rules of Practice were adopted, effective July 1, 2004.
3. Facsimile Filing Standards and Model Rule pursuant to Sup.R. 27 were adopted.
4. Jana E. Gutman was appointed to the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline.
5. Frank R. DeSantis was appointed to the Board of Commissioners on the Unauthorized Practice of Law.
6. Judge Patricia A. Blackmon was appointed to the Board of Commissioners of the Clients’ Security Fund of Ohio.
