1. Additional proposed amendments to the rules of practice and procedure, including Civ.R. 34, will be submitted to the General Assembly.
2. The court will contribute $70,000 to the Ohio Lawyers’ Assistance Program for 1993.
3. Judge Frederick C. Hany II was reappointed to the Traffic Rules Review Commission.
4. The following persons were appointed to the Supreme Court Commission on the Certification of Attorneys as Specialists: Judge William A. Lavelle, John D. Liber II, Judge Leo M. Spellacy, and Dean Peter M. Gerhart.
