1. The Supreme Court’s mediation program under S.Ct.Prac.R. XIV(6) will include workers’ compensation cases.
2. A Judicial Creed has been adopted.
3. Standard Probate Forms 5.10 and 5.11 have been adopted; Standard Probate Form 12.2 has been eliminated; proposed amendments to Standard Probate Forms 1.0, 4.0, 4.4, 8.0, 8.1, and 8.2 will be published for public comment; and proposed amendments to Sup.R. 52(L) and 57(G) will be published for public comment.
4. Attorney registration materials for the next registration period will be revised to collect demographic data on registrants.
5. John J. Reister has been appointed to the Commission on Continuing Legal Education.
6. Michael R. Thomas has been reappointed to the Commission on Certification of Attorneys as Specialists.
7. The joint proposal of West Group and the Ohio State Bar Association to publish the Ohio Official Reports has been selected as the basis for further negotiations leading to a contract to publish the Ohio Official Reports.
