1. Proposed amendments to Sup.R. 36.1 (Notice of Appellate Panels) will be published for public comment.

2. Amendments to Traf.R. 2 (Definitions), 3(F) (Electronic Filing of Tickets; Use of Electronically Produced Tickets), 13 (Traffic Violations Bureau), 13.1 (Juvenile Traffic Violations Bureau), 14 (Magistrates), and 16 (Judicial Conduct) were adopted.

3. Amendments to Gov.Bar R. X(2), (3), and (9) (Supreme Court Commission on Continuing Legal Education; Members; Quorum) were adopted.

4. Prof. John Quigley and Prof. Daniel Steinbock were appointed to the Committee for the Evaluation of the Credentials of Foreign Law Students.

5. The Supreme Court emphasized that within the meaning of Gov.Bar R. XIV(6)(C), an attorney who has been certified as a specialist must take twelve hours of continuing legal education every two years in the specialty area in which he or she has been certified in addition to the twenty-fours hours of continuing legal education required of all attorneys pursuant to Gov.Bar R. X, for a total of thirty-six hours of continuing legal education every two years.

6. Myron A. Wolf and Cynthia A. Fazio were appointed to the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline of the Supreme Court.

7. Gerald L. Draper was appointed to the Board of Commissioners on the Unauthorized Practice of Law.

8. Judge Mark W. Wall was appointed to the Traffic Rules Review Commission.
