1. Amendments to Sup.R. 10 and 10.03 and new Forms 10.03-A through 10.03-H (Standard Criminal and Civil Stalking Protection Order Forms) were adopted.

2. Proposed amendments to Gov.Bar R. X and CCLE Regulations 100Q, 404, and 414 (New Lawyers Training Program [“Bridge-the-Gap training”]) will be published for public comment.

3. Louis Arden Boettler was reappointed to the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline of the Supreme Court.

4. Steven A. Davis was appointed to the Commission on Continuing Legal Education.

5. Robert N. Farquhar was appointed Chair of the Board of Commissioners on Character and Fitness.

6. Anne L. Clark was appointed Vice-Chair of the Board of Commissioners of the Clients’ Security Fund of Ohio.

7. The nominations of Judge Peggy Bryant and Mary Jane Trapp to the Supreme Court Rules Advisory Committee were reapproved. The nomination of Judge Joseph N. Schmenk to the committee was approved.

8. Marion Smithberger was reappointed Chair of the Committee for Lawyer Referral and Information Services.
