1. Proposed amendments to Civ.R. 5, 11, 28, 41, 73, 75, and 86; Crim.R. 12 and 59; Juv.R. 2, 7, 8, 10, 15, 22, 27, 29, 37, 40, and 47; App.R. 7, 11.2, 13, 18, and 43; and Evid.R. 615, 804, and 1102 were filed with the General Assembly.

Moyer, C.J., and Cook, J., dissent to the filing of Civ.R. 28 (Persons Before Whom Depositions May Be Taken; Prohibited Contracts).

2. Amendments to Sup.R. 26 (Court Records Management and Retention), 27 (Standards Relative to the Use of Electronic Documents and Records; Approval of Local Rules of Court), and 99 were adopted, effective July 1, 2001.

3. Proposed amendments to DR 2-103, Lawyer Referral and Information Services Regulations 200 and 400, and Gov.Bar R. XVI (Lawyer Referral and Information Services) will be published for public comment.

4. Judge Phil Campbell was approved as a member of the Supreme Court Rules Advisory Committee.
