Motion and Procedural Rulings
On review of order certifying a conflict. The court determines that a conflict exists. The parties are to brief the issue stated at page 3 of the court of appeals’ Entry filed February 22, 2007:

“Whether the violation of an administrative building code prohibits application of the open and obvious doctrine and precludes summary judgment on a negligence claim.”

The conflict cases are Uddin v. Embassy Suites Hotel, 165 Ohio App.3d 699, 2005-Ohio-6613; Christen v. Don Vonderhaar Market Catering, Hamilton App. No. C-050125, 2006-Ohio-715; and Francis v. Showcase Cinema Eastgate, 155 Ohio App.3d 412, 2003-Ohio-6507.
