DISCIPLINARY CASE
On September 28, 2011, this court issued an order finding respondent in contempt for failing to file an affidavit of compliance as required by this court’s order of March 31, 2011. On October 27, 2011, respondent filed a motion to vacate the contempt order along with an affidavit of compliance.

Upon consideration thereof, respondent’s request to purge the contempt is granted.
