James I. Alexander, appellant, filed a complaint in the Court of Appeals for Clark County seeking monetary damages. That court dismissed the complaint for lack of jurisdiction.

The cause is now before this court upon an appeal as of right.

The court of appeals did not have jurisdiction. Section 3, Article IV, Ohio Constitution. Consequently, we affirm the judgment of the court of appeals.
