{¶ 2} 1) On November 27, 2002, this court sent plaintiff a notice advising him that his claim could be dismissed if he failed to submit the filing fee or an affidavit of indigency on or before December 26, 2002;

{¶ 3} 2) A check of the docket reveals plaintiff has failed to submit the filing fee or an affidavit of indigency.

{¶ 4} IT IS ORDERED THAT:

{¶ 5} 1) Plaintiff’s case is DISMISSED without prejudice;

{¶ 6} 2) Court costs for this case are assessed against plaintiff.
