ENTRY OF DISMISSAL {¶ 1} On May 8, 2006, plaintiff entity filed a complaint in this court. Plaintiff entity is not represented by an attorney. On May 10, 2006, this court issued an entry ordering plaintiff to obtain counsel to proceed with this claim and to file a notice of appearance and an amended complaint with this court. Upon review, plaintiff has not complied with the court order. Accordingly, plaintiff’s claim is DISMISSED without prejudice pursuant to Civ.R. 41. The court shall absorb the costs of this case. The clerk shall serve upon all parties notice of this entry of dismissal and its date of entry upon the journal.
