ORDER DISMISSING PLAINTIFF’S CASE {¶ 1} THE COURT FINDS THAT:

{¶ 2} 1) On November 20, 2002, this court issued an order (Jr. Vol. 725, Pgs. 182-183), requiring plaintiff to submit the filing fee on or before January 17, 2003, or face dismissal of his case;

{¶ 3} 2) A check of the docket reveals plaintiff has failed to submit the filing fee.

{¶ 4} IT IS ORDERED THAT:

{¶ 5} 1) Plaintiff’s case is DISMISSED without prejudice;

{¶ 6} 2) The court shall absorb the court costs of this case.
