{¶ 1} On November 20, 2002, this court issued an order requiring plaintiff to submit the filing fee. On April 11, 2003, this court issued an order holding in abeyance all pending motions and requiring plaintiff to submit the filing fee within 60 days of the date of the order.
{¶ 2} On June 17, 2003, defendant filed a motion to dismiss based on plaintiff’s failure to submit the filing fee. On June 23, 2003, plaintiff filed a motion requesting 30 days to submit the filing fee and a reconsideration of plaintiff’s motion to proceed in forma pauperis.
{¶ 3} A check of the docket reveals plaintiff has not submitted the filing fee. Plaintiff’s motion to reconsider his motion to proceed in forma pauperis is DENIED. Defendant’s motion to dismiss is GRANTED. All other pending motions are MOOT. Plaintiff’s case is DISMISSED without prejudice. The court shall absorb the court costs of this case. The clerk shall serve upon all parties notice of this judgment and its date of entry upon the journal.
