ENTRY OF DISMISSAL {¶ l} On April 11, 2008, this court issued a pre-screening entry dismissing State of Ohio-Court of Claims/The Ohio Judicial Center as a party and plaintiff was ordered to file an amended complaint naming a state department, board, office, commission, agency, institution, or other state instrumentality as defendant. Plaintiff was also ordered to either pay the $25 filing fee or to file a poverty statement. Plaintiff has failed to comply with the court order. Therefore, plaintiffs action is DISMISSED, without prejudice, pursuant to Civ. R. 41. The court shall absorb the costs of this case.
