{¶ 1} On May 19, 2003, plaintiff failed to appear for trial. On May 23, 2003, the court issued an entry ordering plaintiff to appear on June 11, 2003, for a hearing to show cause as to why this case should not be dismissed.

{¶ 2} On June 11, 2003, this case was called for the hearing to show cause. Defendant was present, by and through counsel, and was prepared to proceed. Plaintiff failed to appear. Therefore, the magistrate recommends that this case be DISMISSED with prejudice pursuant to Civ.R. 41(B)(1).
