1. Amendments to Rules 2, 3, 4, 10, 12, 13, 17, and 25 of the Ohio Traffic Rules and to the Multi-Count Uniform Traffic Ticket were reported in the Supreme Court of Ohio Administrative Actions dated October 2, 2009. The amendments are effective January 1, 2010.

2. Proposed amendments to the Ohio Rules of Appellate Procedure and the Ohio Rules of Criminal Procedure, as recommended to the court by the Commission on the Rules of Practice and Procedure in Ohio Courts, have been published for public comment in the October 19, 2009 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet.
