On September 27, 2005, respondent filed a document styled “affidavit of compliance” pursuant to Gov.Bar R. V(8)(E)(3) and this court’s June 22, 2005 order of suspension. Whereas respondent’s signature on that document was not notarized,

It is ordered by the court, sua sponte, that the document is stricken.

It is further ordered that, within 20 days of the date of this order, respondent shall file a notarized affidavit of compliance with this court pursuant to Gov.Bar R. V(8)(E)(3) and the June 22, 2005 order.
