ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS June 1, 2009
1. Amendments to Rules 2, 4, 35, 37, 39, 40, 41, 42, and Temporary Rules 1.08 and 1.10 of the Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio have been adopted, effective July 1, 2009.
The final version of these amendments will be published in the June 15, 2009 Ohio Official Reports advance sheet.
MOYER, C.J., and PFEIFER, LUNDBERG STRATTON, O’CONNOR, O’DONNBLL, LANZINGER, and CUPP, JJ., concurred in adopting the amendments.
