ENTRY OF DISMISSAL {¶ 1} On October 29, 2008, plaintiff was ordered to either pay the $25 filing fee or submit a poverty affidavit on or before December 1, 2008, or face dismissal of her claim. Plaintiff has failed to comply with the court’s notice. Therefore, plaintiffs action is DISMISSED without prejudice, pursuant to Civ. R. 41(B)(1). The court shall absorb the court costs of this case.
