Johnson, Attorney Registration No. 0029249, last known business address in New Albany, Ohio, is found in contempt for failure to comply with this court’s order of December 15, 2004, to wit: failure to surrender her Certificate of Admission and file an affidavit of compliance on or before January 14, 2005.
