ON PETITION FOR REINSTATEMENT.

This cause came on for further consideration upon the filing of an application for reinstatement by respondent, Jack M. Levin.

The court coming now to consider its order of January 6, 1988, suspending respondent, Jack M. Levin, Attorney Registration No. 0032917, last known address in Beachwood, Ohio, from the practice of law in Ohio for an indefinite period of time pursuant to Gov.Bar R. V(7)(b) (now V[6][B][2]), finds that respondent has substantially complied with that order and with the provisions of Gov.Bar R. V(10). Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED by the court that Jack M. Levin be, and hereby is, reinstated to the practice of law in the state of Ohio.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED by the court that respondent be taxed the costs of these proceedings in the amount of $875.03, less the deposit of $500, for a total balance due of $375.03, which costs shall be payable to this court on or before September 19, 1994, by certified check or money order.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of this court issue certified copies of this order as provided for in Gov.Bar R. V(8)(D)(1), that publication be made as provided for in Gov.Bar R. V(8)(D)(2), and that respondent bear the costs of publication.
