DISCIPLINARY CASES
This matter is pending before the court on a motion for an order to appear and show cause filed by movant, Disciplinary Counsel, on December 14, 2005, requesting the court to issue an order directing respondent to appear and show cause why he should not be found in contempt for his failure to abide by the hearing panel’s July 11, 2005, order issued by the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline in its case No. 04-018. On January 30, 2006, this court granted that motion and ordered respondent to file a written response on or before February 21, 2006. On February 6, 2006, respondent filed a response. Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED by the court, sua sponte, that respondent appear in person before this court on May 9, 2006, at 9:00 a.m.
