DISCIPLINARY DOCKET Wednesday, November 29, 1989 89-1952. In re Potter. Pursuant to the provisions of Gov. Bar R. V(9)(a)(iii), Robert J. Potter is indefinitely suspended from the practice of law in the state of Ohio.
D.D. 12. Cincinnati Bar Assn. v. Massengale. On motion for sanctions and costs. Sua sponte, the Cincinnati Bar Association and W. Deems Clifton are ordered to show cause, on or before December 29, 1989, why they should not be assessed sanctions, costs and attorney fees.
D.S. 88-1. In re Marshall. On application for reinstatement. The indefinite suspension ordered against G. Timothy Marshall pursuant to Gov. Bar R. V(9)(a)(iii) is removed and Marshall is reinstated to the practice of law in the state of Ohio; this order is made without prejudice to any investigations or disciplinary actions that may be pending against him.
