Upon consideration thereof, IT IS ORDERED by the court that said petition be, and the same hereby is, granted, effective February 11, 1991; that the sixty-day requirement in Gov. Bar R. V(22)(c) is hereby waived; and that the Chairman of the Mahoning County Bar Association Certified Grievance Committee is authorized to appoint an attorney or attorneys to inventory the files of respondent and to take such action as is necessary to protect the interest of the clients of respondent, in accordance with Gov. Bar R. V(22)(c).
