IT IS ORDERED by this court, sua sponte, that John Laurence Overman, Attorney Registration No. 0044025, last known address in Dayton, Ohio, is found in contempt for failure to comply with this court’s order of February 18, 1997, to wit: failure to file an affidavit of compliance on or before March 20, 1997 and failure to pay board costs in the amount of $9,119.62 plus interest at the rate of ten percent per annum on or before May 19, 1997. It is further ordered that this matter be referred to the office of the Attorney General for collection of board costs and accrued interest.
