IT IS ORDERED by this court, sua sponte, that Alvin Doerger, last known address in Cincinnati, Ohio, is found in contempt for failure to comply with this court’s order of August 2, 1995, to wit: failure to pay costs in the amount of $627.62 on or before October 31, 1995. It is further ordered by the court that this matter be referred to the Office of the Attorney General for collection of said costs.
