ENTRY OF DISMISSAL {¶ 1} On March 24, 2004, this court issued an entry granting plaintiff’s motion for extension of time to file a poverty statement or submit the filing fee and holding defendant’s March 9, 2004 motion to dismiss in abeyance. Plaintiff has failed to comply with the court order. Therefore, defendant’s motion to dismiss is GRANTED. Plaintiff’s action is DISMISSED, without prejudice, pursuant to Civ.R. 41(B)(1). The court shall absorb the costs of this case. The clerk shall serve upon all parties notice of this entry of dismissal and its date of entry upon the journal.
