ENTRY OF DISMISSAL {¶ 1} On October 21, 2003, plaintiff was ordered to either pay the $25 filing fee or to file documentation in support of the previously filed poverty statement. Plaintiff has failed to comply with the court order. On December 4, 2003, defendant filed a motion to dismiss plaintiff’s case. Defendant’s motion to dismiss is GRANTED and plaintiff’s action is DISMISSED, without prejudice, pursuant to Civ.R. 41(B)(1). The court shall absorb the costs of this case. The clerk shall serve upon all parties notice of this judgment and its date of entry upon the journal.
