ENTRY OF DISMISSAL {¶ 1} On October 24, 2005, plaintiff filed a complaint against defendant, Department of Transportation. However, plaintiff did not sign the form complaint or submit the filing fee or a poverty statement. On November 29, 2005, this court issued an entry directing that plaintiff be sent page three of the form complaint for her signature. Plaintiff was ordered within 30 days of the entry to submit the signed form complaint and file either the filing fee or a poverty statement. A check of the docket reveals plaintiff has failed to comply with any of this court’s orders.

{¶ 2} Therefore, plaintiff’s case is DISMISSED, without prejudice. The court shall absorb the court costs of this case.
