ENTRY OF DISMISSAL {¶ 1} On March 15, 2005, plaintiff was ordered to either pay the $25 filing fee or to file a poverty statement with supporting documentation. Plaintiff has failed to comply with the court order. Therefore, plaintiff’s action is DISMISSED, without prejudice, pursuant to Civ.R. 41(B)(1). The court shall absorb the costs of this case. The clerk shall serve upon all parties notice of this entry of dismissal and its date of entry upon the journal.

ENTRY
On May 11, 2005, this court issued an entry dismissing plaintiff’s case without prejudice for failure to submit the filing fee or a poverty statement. On May 24, 2005, plaintiff submitted the filing fee. Plaintiff’s case is reopened. A copy of the complaint has been served on the defendant at the address provided by plaintiff. Within 60 days of the date of this entry defendant shall submit the investigation report.
