ENTRY OF DISMISSAL {¶ 1} On April 15, 2004, plaintiff entity was order to obtain counsel to proceed with this claim and to file a notice of appearance and an amended complaint with this court. Plaintiff was also ordered to pay the required $25.00 filing fee. Plaintiff has failed to comply with the court order. Therefore, plaintiff’s action is DISMISSED, without prejudice, pursuant to Civ.R. 41. The court shall absorb the costs of this case. The clerk shall serve upon all parties notice of this entry of dismissal and its date of entry upon the journal.
