ENTRY OF DISMISSAL {¶ 1} On May 13, 2008, plaintiff entity was ordered to obtain counsel to proceed with this claim and to file a notice of appearance, and an amended complaint in order to proceed with this claim. Plaintiff entity was also ordered to either pay the $25 filing fee or to file a poverty statement. Plaintiff has failed to comply with the court order. Therefore, plaintiffs’ action is DISMISSED, without prejudice, pursuant to Civ. R. 41(B)(1). The court shall absorb the costs of this case.
