Eyster, and Robert V. Housel Jr. were reappointed, to the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline.
2. Judge Michael P. Donnelly, Magistrate Judge Patricia Ann Hemann, and Professor Gregory Travalio were appointed, and Timothy 0. Gusler was reappointed, to the Commission on Professionalism.
3. Judge William A. Klatt was appointed, and Judge Deborah A. Alspach was reappointed, to the Commission on the Rules of Superintendence for Ohio Courts. The nominations of Judge Patricia Cosgrove, Judge Theresa Dellick, and Nancy G. McMillen to the Commission on the Rules of Superintendence for Ohio Courts were approved.
4. Heather Sanderson Lewis was appointed, and Edwin Romero, Professor Bryan H. Ward, and Mark A. Ziccarelli were reappointed, to the Commission on Certification of Attorneys as Specialists.
5. Mark J. Huller was appointed, and C. Lynne Day, Frank R. DeSantis, and Kevin L. Williams were reappointed, to the Board on the Unauthorized Practice of Law.
6. Professor Mina Jones Jefferson was appointed, and Judge John H. Burlew, Ronald C. Carey, Kimberly Cocroft, Lester S. Potash, Theresa B. Proenza, and Andrew R. Young were reappointed, to the Commission on Continuing Legal Education.
7. Sam Shamansky was appointed, and Peter H. Weinberger and David Yost were reappointed, to the Commission on the Rules of Practice and Procedure in Ohio Courts. The nominations of Judge Reeve Kelsey, Judge Janet A. Grubb, and Judge Jack Puffenberger to the Commission on the Rules of Practice and Procedure in Ohio Courts were approved.
