{¶ 1} On May 9, 2003, this court issued an entry dismissing City of Cleveland, Dept. of Streets as defendant and requiring plaintiff to submit an amended complaint naming a proper defendant on or before June 6, 2003, or face dismissal of her case. Plaintiff has failed to comply with the court order. Therefore, plaintiff’s action is DISMISSED, without prejudice, pursuant to Civ.R. 41(B)(1). The court shall absorb the costs of this case. The clerk shall serve upon all parties notice of this judgment and its date of entry upon the journal.
