ENTRY OF DISMISSAL {¶ 1} On May 2, 2005, this court issued a pre-screening entry dismissing Maridee L. Costanzo as a party in this action and requiring plaintiff to file an amended complaint which names a state department, board, office, commission, agency, institution, or other state instrumentality as defendant. Plaintiff was also ordered to pay the required $25 filing fee or to file a poverty statement with supporting documentation. Plaintiff has failed to comply with the court orders. Therefore, plaintiff’s action is DISMISSED, without prejudice, pursuant to Civ.R. 41(B)(1). The court shall absorb the costs of this case. The clerk shall serve upon all parties notice of this entry of dismissal and its date of entry upon the journal.
