{¶ 1} On September 3, 2003, plaintiff was ordered to file an amended complaint on or before October 1, 2003, or face dismissal of this case. Plaintiff has failed to comply with the court order. Therefore, plaintiff’s action is DISMISSED, without prejudice, pursuant to Civ.R. 41. The court shall absorb the costs of this case.
