{¶ 1} On May 8, 2000, this court rendered judgment in favor of plaintiffs on the issue of liability. On May 18, 2001, this court rendered judgment in favor of plaintiffs in the amount of $55,025. However, on May 16, 2002, the Tenth District Court of Appeals in Genton v. Ohio Dept. of Natural Resources (May 16, 2002), Franklin App. No. 01AP-705, reversed this court’s judgment and remanded the case for further proceedings.

{¶ 2} In accordance with the decision and judgment entry of the Court of Appeals in Genton, supra, judgment is hereby rendered in favor of defendant. Court costs are assessed against plaintiffs. The clerk shall serve upon all parties notice of this judgment and its date of entry upon the journal.
